Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent snagging or damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
